ABRA Approval/ Sanctioning Process
Thank you for your interest in Approving or Sanctioning your event with the American Barrel Racing Association! Approving or Sanctioning an Event with ABRA is very easy. Simply follow the steps below.
1. Join ABRA (if you're not already a Member). We ask that the contact person for the event at least be an ABRA Member. To print an ABRA Membership Application, CLICK HERE.
2. Read, Sign, and Mail in the Producer Guidelines with your event information in Step #3. To print a Producer Guidelines, CLICK HERE.
3. Fill out an ABRA Approval/ Sanction Form and email or mail with an event flyer. To download an ABRA Logo for your flyer, CLICK HERE. To download a Rise Above Tour Logo for your flyer, CLICK HERE. 4. Wait to receive a written or verbal approval from the Home Office before advertising your event as an ABRA Approved or Sanctioned event.
5. (After Event) Print out an Event Results Form, fill out completely, and email or send in with your results.
