The ABRA has 12 Regions:

Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.

NorthEast Region-
Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, and West Virginia
SouthWest Region-
Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah
SunCoast Region-
Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina
Tropics Region-
Hawaiian Islands
Walls Region-
Louisiana and Texas
Western Region-
California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington

Regions are classified according to the number of producers and jackpots held in the past. The Central Plains Region is classified as a Region A; therefore, members living in Kansas and Oklahoma will need to participate in four (4) ABRA Approved or Sanctioned races in order to qualify for the NFBR. All other Regions are classified as Region B, where the requirement is to participate in at least two (2) ABRA Approved or Sanctioned races in order to qualify for the NFBR.
